FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: method includes performance of competitive interaction of specific antibodies in process of reagent motion along an immunochromatographic dipstick with a determined compound (antigene) in the sample and conjugate antigen-protein immobilised on the surface of the working membrane in the dipstick. The coloured complexes are detected as a result of immobilisation of a colloid marker within the complex with the antigen-protein conjugate. At the same time the first stage is competitive interaction of free specific antibodies with the antigen in the sample and with the antigen-protein conjugate immobilised on the surface of the working membrane. The second stage is interaction of produced complexes of specific antibodies and the antigen-protein conjugate with antispecies antibodies marked with the colloid marker.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce quantity of specific antibodies at the stage of competitive interaction and thus to reduce the detection limit.
