SUBSTANCE: device includes at least two joysticks, in the top part of which there is at least one mini-joystick; the middle part has a shape adapted for gripping with the hand; each joystick is immovably connected to the control object with the possibility of adjusting the position under the length of the hands of the pilot, such that they are used as unloading levers, wherein the pilot is able, while holding them, to remove the overload on his body and hands, while focusing on control with fingers; the shape of the joysticks is in form of figures from the top part of which at least one shaped shelf, on which at least one mini-joystick is mounted, moves away towards the index finger and middle finger of the hand or envelopes the joystick.
EFFECT: design of a device which enables extremely fast and easy generation of control commands for hyper-manoeuvre high-speed aircraft and spacecraft in conditions of strong vibrations and overload.
