SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. An anaesthetic respiratory apparatus comprises a liquid anaesthetic dispenser, a liquid anaesthetic container, an electronic control unit, input and output electromagnetic valves, and a pressure sensor. What is also connected is a microprocessor connected to the anaesthetic container and coupled with the electronic control unit making the microcompressor performance scheduling and electromagnetic valve control for the purpose of opening them at the initial start-up, and making them operate autonomously in the process. Through the input electromagnetic valve, the liquid anaesthetic container is coupled with a dispenser tube to an upper portion of which the pressure sensor coupled with the electronic control unit is connected, while a lower portion is coupled through the output electromagnetic valve with a vapour chamber used to evaporate the liquid anaesthetic in the respiratory gas flow.

EFFECT: invention provides more accurate adjustment of the liquid anaesthetic vapour concentration within the wide range of concentration variations and carrier gas flows, as well as fast filling of the hydraulic system of the device when the system is first actuated.
