FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sizing dust separator and may be used in power production, construction, chemical and other industries. Proposed separator comprises inlet pipe, dust discharge pipe, aligned intake cylinder, discharge pipe and shield to vary flow direction, second dust separation stage proved with inclined bottom. Separator housing accommodated three dirty gas cleaning stages. Inlet pipe features spiral shape. Dust coarse and medium fraction discharge pipes are arranged at one inclined bottom. Fixed blades and conical bottom are located at third separation stage.
EFFECT: higher separation efficiency, lower hydraulic resistance, decreased abrasive wear.
