SUBSTANCE: proposed device is designed for cleaning gases from dust and other solid particles in various industries. In the apparatus containing a cylindrical-conical body with inlet and outlet pipes and a hopper, in the inner volume of the body, in its conical part, a coaxial cylindrical-conical screen is installed with the possibility of vertical movement, equipped with a vertical movement drive located in the inner volume of the hopper and connected to the cylindrical part of the cylindrical-conical screen using radial spokes. In this case, in the cylindrical part of the body, under the inlet pipe, coaxially with the outlet pipe, a cylindrical insert with rectangular holes on the side surface is placed with the possibility of vertical movement, and there is a gap between the inner surface of the cylindrical part of the body and the outer surface of the cylindrical insert.

EFFECT: increasing the degree of purification by preventing the entrainment of particles by interacting flows in the cylindrical part of the body.
