SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dust collection technique. Fire and explosion safety system for the two-stage dust collection devices comprises the first stage dust collection device, which is installed in front of the dust-collecting device for fine cleaning of the dusty gas stream and is made in the form of the cyclone, which contains the inlet and outlet nozzles, the screw-like cover, the exhaust pipe and the cylindrical body part, where the filter element is attached to the outlet pipe, and the fine dust collecting device includes the frame body with enclosures, the support part with the dust collecting hopper and the dust collector bogie, which is mounted on the base, as well as the inlet and outlet ducts of the filter section of the dust collector with bag type filters, respectively, with the inlet and outlet nozzles, in this case, the collector is installed with injectors of the fire and explosion safety system with the control unit, which is connected electronically to the common microprocessor, the bag filter regeneration system with the pulse purging mechanism, which is provided with the control unit for each purge nozzle solenoid valve and is connected to the common regeneration control unit, which is connected electronically to the common microprocessor, the temperature sensor is installed in the inlet duct of the filter section, the emergency dust level sensor is installed in the dust collecting hopper, and the thermal automatic sensor-detector is installed in the outlet box of the filter section, the outputs from which are connected to the common microprocessor, which is located in the control cabinet. According to the invention, each of the nozzles of the fire and explosion safety system of the device comprises a body with a swirl chamber and a nozzle, the body is made in the form of the supply fitting with the central opening and is rigidly connected to it and with the coaxial cylindrical sleeve with an internal thread and an expansion chamber, which is coaxial to the body, the nozzle, which is in the form of an inverted cup, is connected to the sleeve by means of a thread at its lower part, in the bottom of which there is a turbulent swirler of the liquid flow with at least two inclusions to the axis of the nozzle in the form of cylindrical openings, which are located in the end surface of the nozzle, where also a central cylindrical throttle opening is made connected to the nozzle mixing chamber, in series connected to the diffuser outlet chamber, the splitter is installed in the diffuser outlet chamber. Diffuser is attached to the end surface of the cylindrical sleeve, which is coaxial with the body, in coaxial relation to the diffuser chamber.
