SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to percussion machines and can be used in mining, construction and prospecting seismology. Proposed lifter comprises vertical tubular casing accommodating lifting device composed of sleeve-shaped elastic membrane with one end secured an long the casing edges and opposite clamped in the lock interacting via rod with lifted element composed of hammer with annular break-off chamber, working medium feed and discharge system and retainer disc with magnet. Said sleeve diameter is larger than tubular casing diameter and designed to be arranged therein and thereout. Said hammer interacts with retainer disc rigidly secured at the rod lower part and having channels for aforesaid circular chamber communicates with working chamber arranged between said sleeve and retainer disc. Working medium feed and discharge system is composed of a control valve communicated with working medium source, working chamber and atmosphere. Chamber under said hammer is communicated with atmosphere.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability, lower costs.
