FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a working liquid tank, a manually-operated hydraulic pump, a smooth adjustment chamber, a pressure relief valve and an outlet nozzle. All those assemblies of the device are fixed on the housing and installed on a support. Working liquid is supplied from the tank to a measuring line by means of the manually-operated hydraulic pump; with that, pressure rises; further pressure rise is performed by means of the smooth adjustment chamber by decreasing the volume and thus pressure rise in the measuring line to maximum value. Pressure reduction from maximum value is performed by the smooth adjustment chamber by increasing its volume, and pressure relief to atmospheric pressure is performed by means of a pressure relief valve.

EFFECT: simplifying the design, providing ease of use of the device and performing its service, and reducing mass-and-dimensional characteristics of the device.
