SUBSTANCE: device includes at least one source (2) of measuring emission and at least one source (4) of reference emission, which are directed to surface (10) of investigated object (1), as well as at least one detector element (3) for measurement of intensity of emission reflected from surface of the investigated object, as well as an air or gas blowdown device, by means of which there created is forced movement of air or gas atmosphere in the are of optic path between at least one source (2) of measuring emission and surface (10) of the investigated object respectively, and/or at least between one source (4) of reference emission and surface (10) of the investigated object and/or between surface (10) of the investigated object at least with one detector element (3).

EFFECT: invention allows improving accuracy of determination at inconsiderable need for service.
