SUBSTANCE: scanning device includes at least one optical-mechanical system, each comprising: a flat scanning mirror with a reflecting coating, which moves according to a given program through a drive; N information optical units of the optical spectrum range, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1; radiometric calibration units for information optical units of the middle and far infrared spectrum ranges; an optical calibration unit which forms an image in the middle or far infrared spectrum range; black body imitators based on phase transition of pure metals and eutectic alloys; radiometric calibration units for information optical units of the visible and near infrared spectrum ranges, each having a lens, a filter and a stabilised radiation source.

EFFECT: high radiometric accuracy of remote earth probing equipment.
