MULTI-ZONE SCANNING DEVICE FOR REMOTE GENERATION OF IMAGES IN WIDE ANGLE OF OBSERVATION Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC G02B23/12

Abstract RU 2306583 C1

FIELD: optics.

SUBSTANCE: each optical-mechanical system contains scanning flat mirror with two-sided reflective cover, performing continuous circular rotation driven by a motor and informational optical blocks, optical axes of which are parallel. One of these generates image in visible and close infrared range of spectrum, and second one - in middle and far ones. Composition of informational optical block includes serially mounted and optically coupled rotary mirrors, a filter which creates spectral pass range of channel, objective and receiver of radiation, single-element one and multi-element one. Cooling of receivers of middle and far infrared ranges of spectrum is realized using common radiation cooling system. In visible and close infrared ranges of spectrum the calibration block contains objective, filter, stabilized radiation source, and in middle and far ones - two imitators of ideal black bodies, having different temperatures. Value of temperature and its stabilization on imitators are achieved by means of a controllable heating element.

EFFECT: reduced mass-dimension parameters of multi-zone scanning equipment, meant for continuous extensive operation at spacecrafts.
