FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages whole fruits treatment with UHF electromagnetic field with subsequent apricot juice extraction. Then the produced juice is mixed with syrup of a desert product manufactured from white mulberries.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance the produced juice quality and increase the juice yield.
