What is presented is using the bacteria Haemophilus parasuis serotype 5 for preparing a vaccine to be introduced into a pregnant sow or a young pig to protect the piglets against the disorders caused by the bacteria Haemophilus parasuis serotype 4 by using the colostral milk produced by the above sow or farrowing young pig.
