SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a centralised architecture base station connected to a first transceiving module and a second transceiving module, having a first module for obtaining signal quality, which is configured to obtain quality of an uplink signal transmitted from a mobile station, in the first transceiving module and quality of a downlink signal transmitted from the first transceiving module in a mobile station; a second module for obtaining signal quality, configured to obtain quality of an uplink signal transmitted from a mobile station, in the second transceiving module and quality of a downlink signal transmitted from the second transceiving module, in a mobile station; a control module configured to allow transmission of downlink data from the first transceiving module, allow reception of feedback information for the downlink by the second transceiving module, allow reception of uplink data by the transceiving module and allow transmission of feedback information for the uplink from the first transceiving module if the quality of the downlink signal transmitted from the first transceiving module to the mobile station is higher than that of the downlink signal transmitted from the second transceiving module, in the mobile station, and quality of the uplink signal transmitted from the mobile station in the second transceiving module is higher than that of the uplink signal transmitted from the mobile station in the first transceiving module.
