FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery. In order to perform elastometric diagnostics of tissue changes in case of diabetic foot syndrome, change of tissue elasticity of lower extremity soft tissues is registered. Measurements in 12 points are successively performed on anterior and posterior surfaces of right and left lower extremities and sole surface of foot. If index of tissue elasticity on hip and shin is within the normal values, and on foot - point of projection of distal heads of I,II,III,IV,V metatarsals is 1.42+0.38 kPa higher, I degree of ischemia is diagnosed. If indices of tissue elastometry on hip are within the normal values or it is 2.38+0.75 kPa higher, as well as if they are 1.02+0.57 kPa and 1.36+0.4 kPa higher on shin and 1.6+0.55 kPa and 1.73+0.67 kPa higher on foot, course of disease is characterised by II a and II b degree of ischemia respectively. If indices of tissue elastometry on hip are 2.61+0.58 kPa and 2.83+0.41 kPa higher on hip, 2.31+0.42 kPa and 2.45+0.78 kPa higher on shin with reduced by 1.08+0.21 kPa and 1.12+0.46 kPa parameters on foot in point of projection of distal heads of I,II,III,IV,V metatarsal bones, course of disease is characterised by III a and III b degree of ischemia respectively. If total reduction of tissue elastometry indices on hip is 1.24+0.18 kPa and 1.82+0.64 kPa, on shin - by 1.35+0.22 kPa and 1.57+0.38 kPa, on foot - by 1.48+0.14 kPa and 1.69+0.33 kPa, conclusion about IV a and IV b degree of ischemia respectively is made.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose tissue changes in case of diabetic foot syndrome.
