FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method implies preparation of surface subject to heat-insulation by its cleaning from corrosion, application of heat-insulating layer and polymerisation of obtained coating. Prepared surface is heated to temperature of 70-230°C and a layer of primer is applied in the form of powdered adhesive material, on which heat-insulating layer is arranged made from m heat-insulating layers, where m - is an integer, it is chosen from condition m≥1. Each heat-insulating layer consists of powdered adhesive material and microspheres, above the layer screening layer is applied containing powdered adhesive material and particles with high reflection factor, on which covering layer is applied in the form of adhesive material. Polymerisation is performed by heating each layer after application to 70-230°C, application of each layer is performed by electrostatic method.
EFFECT: reducing thermal losses from heat-insulated surface and increasing adhesion of heat-insulation to heat-insulated surface.
