FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be applied in identification of paranasal sinuses. Devices, contained in the said group of inventions, include the following elements: trunk, which has distal end, proximal end, handle, connected to proximal end of trunk, curved part, located between distal and proximal ends, and internal canal, projectable and retractable conductor, installed in movable manner inside internal canal, and probe tip, connected to conductor. Some devices additionally include inflatable parts for treatment of separate anatomical structures. Methods of identifying target orifice include providing device for identification of sinus orifice.
EFFECT: application of claimed group of inventions makes it possible to provide access to paranasal sinus due to probe configuration, eliminating median opening and tissue ablation.
