FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to operative otorhinolaryngology. Edge endoscope 45° is controlled after medialisation of central nasal cone of hook-like process. Bulbous probe is used to mobilize it. Holmium Ho-YAG fibre of the laser is passed through a tool-conductor, the working end of which is oriented to its longitudinal axis and is bent at angle of 100°, which makes it possible to insert the latter behind the hook-like process. Under control of 45° endoscopic optics, the tissues are vaporized along the edge of the natural junction of the maxillary sinus in the posterior direction to the size of rhinoantrostomy 0.5 × 1 cm. Further sanitation of the maxillary sinus is performed instrumentally through a rhinoantrostomy formed.
EFFECT: method enables preventing intraoperative and postoperative complications by reducing the trauma rate of the radical surgery, reducing the risk of blood loss, avoiding incisions and sutures.
