SUBSTANCE: claimed solution - the simulator for training muscles relates to the field of physical culture, namely, to devices for creation of a wide range of loads both for recovery of atrophied muscles, and for training of professional athletes. The simulator for training muscles is made in the form of a rigid frame fixed to the body and consisting of telescopic levers. The levers are connected to the load units located in the places of bending of the main body biological links and in places of axial rotation of body biological links. At that each load unit is made in the form of a housing with two cavities filled with the viscous fluid inside which the shaft is mounted, connected to the telescopic levers and connected to the load plate which interacts with an adjustable loading flap, transmitting the viscous fluid from one cavity to another. The load units in the places of axial rotation of body biological links are mounted on the units of the axial rotation pivot, rigidly secured to the frame, each of which is made in the form of a swivel bracket, fixed by rollers and having a toothed fragment for transmitting rotation through the gears to the shaft on the load unit.

EFFECT: complex influence on the major muscle groups, with the possibility of adjusting the load force for each group.
