FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: according to first version, exerciser has power force creating device and retainer for given device. Power force creating device has net or set of nets, each made in the form of circular web. Power force retaining device is made in the form of annular carcass mounted on support. Net is stretched on support at the side facing to user by means of radial members extending through blocks arranged circumferentially of carcass and secured with their ends at reverse side of net so as to define closed loops. According to second version, exerciser has power force creating device and retainer for this device. Power force creating device is made in the form of net or set of nets, each formed as circular web. Retaining device has hook-shaped members.
