FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heating by microwave radiation of hydrocarbon stock for endothermic catalytic reactions and/or absorption of hydrocarbon gases by solid body (catalyst) surface and their desorption at microwave irradiation of saturated adsorbent. Proposed reactor-adsorber consists of a set of metal vessels arranged around central axis. Microwave power source, a magnetron, is secured at the side of every said vessel. Stock feed and product discharge pipes are attached to every vessel. Said vessels are communicated at casing top and bottom by a system of pipes with valves for operation under various conditions.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reliability and quality of finished products.
