FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extrusion of multiple fluid layers. Proposed female die comprises male die for initial forming, one or several distributing plates. Note here that channel to discharge fluid from every plate is hydraulically communicated with initial forming male die to settle fluid layer thereat. Assy for forming of micro layers comprises male die for micro layers and multiple micro layer distributing plates. Note here that channel to discharge fluid from every plate is hydraulically communicated with initial forming male die to settle fluid micro layer thereat. Note here that micro layer distributing plates serve to set preset sequence of settling of micro layers on male die to produce homogeneous fluid mass at said male die hydraulically communicated with initial forming male die. This allows micro layer fluid mass to flow from male die onto initial forming male die. Note also that every micro layer features thickness smaller than that of fluid layers flowing from distributing plates.

EFFECT: integral and independent properties of micro layers of produced film.
