FIELD: measuring technology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to devices for finding target in liquid sample of target substance subject to detection. Here is disclosed a detector device of a cartridge type which consists of a detector cartridge with one channel for flowing of liquid sample containing substance subject to detection, and of a processing block used for introduction of the detector cartridge so, as to provide data on subject to detection substance in a liquid sample flowing via the detector cartridge. The detector cartridge also consists of an accumulating section for temporary maintaining substance subject to detection, of a fluid channel passing via the accumulating section and of several openings communicated with the fluid channel facilitating liquid flow. The detector cartridge is equipped with a part of a detecting device or with whole detecting device from the side of downstream relative to the accumulating section. The processing block includes a pump for liquid supply and a valve unit for switching the line; the said valve unit is accommodated for switching connections and facilitating liquid flow between the pump for supply of liquid and one chosen out of several openings of the detector cartridge. The valve unit functions so, that it is switched between the mode of connection of the first channel for supply of liquid sample into the detector cartridge at its flowing via the accumulating section and succeeding discharge out of the detector cartridge and the mode of connection of the second channel for supply of reagent from one of the several openings to the accumulating section of the detector cartridge by means of actuating the pump for liquid supply and facilitating discharge of reagent having passed via the accumulating section from the detector cartridge through one of several openings.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity and reliability of determination.
