FIELD: wagons and containers automated accounting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for automated accounting of wagons and containers in a moving train. In this method, uniform inventory numbers of rolling stock units and markers of the beginning and end of these units, as well as inventory numbers of containers and markers of their beginning and end are made on standard plates, these numbers and markers are installed on both sides of the rolling stock units on the front and rear sections of the frames, as well as on both sides of the containers at the front and rear edges. With regard to platforms, numbers and markers are installed at the ends of frames that are not closed by folding sides. When passing the rolling stock with the help of cameras and a specialized calculator, simultaneously with the identification of the inventory number of the rolling stock unit, the marker of the beginning or end of the frame is identified, simultaneously with the identification of the inventory number of the container, the marker of the beginning or end of the container is identified, by the fact of sequential identification of two identical inventory numbers and sequential identification of markers of the beginning and end of the frame on each of the sides of the frame, taking into account the coincidence of the identification results on both sides of the frame, a logical conclusion is made about the end of the passage of a rolling stock unit with an identified number, after which a signal is generated to increase the number of past rolling stock units in the wagon counter in the moving stock. Similarly, based on the fact of sequential identification of two identical inventory numbers and sequential identification of markers of the beginning and end of the container on each side of the container, taking into account the coincidence of the identification results on both sides of the container, a logical conclusion is made about the end of the passage of the container with the identified number. Based on the results obtained, by the coincidence of the time of identification of container numbers and the time of passage of the identified platform, a conclusion is made about the binding of the container (containers) with the identified number (numbers) to the identified rolling stock unit.
EFFECT: reliability of the identification and counting of wagons and containers is increased.
