SUBSTANCE: method includes separate trip in hole of pipe string with packer system equipped with at least one packer, sensor packages to control formation parameters with at least one sensor package controlled by electric or electromechanical valves regulating or shutting off fluid from formations to the well or at least from one extracted formation, downhole disconnectable wet contact unit which is electrically and mechanically connected in the lower part, at least one electrical line for communication control, power supply and data transfer which connects operation control sensors and electric or electromechanical valves with lower part of disconnectable wet contact unit, installation of packer system in production string to disconnect operated formation.
