FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method includes multiple cyclic loading of a speed change box with a sign-alternating inertial load with reversible variation of speed change box rotation speed from the minimum to the maximum for this loading cycle. One and the same bench electric motor is used at the stages of speed-up and braking, which operates either for generation of torque or for development of braking torque. Also a bench is proposed for running-in of a speed change box realising the proposed method.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of running-in of vehicle speed change box and reduces power inputs for running-in of a speed change box.
