SUBSTANCE: switching-separation device has three switches, three quarter-wave impedance transformers, a controlled phase changer, a tee, hybrid devices in form of three directional couplers; the first switch is based on a p-i-n diode bridge; the second and third switches are based on p-i-n diode half-bridges.
EFFECT: providing circular scanning of space with a transceiver and three radio receivers with a three-antenna system and improved energy characteristics of the switching-separation device.
