SUBSTANCE: antenna switching device (ASD) can be used in transceiving modules (TRM) of active phased antenna arrays. The device comprises transmitting, receiving and transceiving sections of the transmission line, a T-shaped branch with a quarter-wavelength section included in the transmitter arm, first and second controllable diodes included respectively in the receiver arm and in the transmitter arm, a switching section comprised of connected parallel quarter-wavelength sections, three matching segments, a control directional coupler (CDC), a technological directional coupler (TDC), a switching section with the third and fourth controllable diodes, a phase-shifting section of the transmission line, a register directional coupler (RDC) and two detector sections (DS). In order to obtain a greater decoupling of the channels, the switching section is made on a suspended substrate, the underside of which is not metallized at the location of the section, but is separated by a gap from the plane of the base of the metal housing containing a partial section in the absence of metallization on the substrate.

EFFECT: providing great decoupling between the transmitting and receiving channels, reducing power losses during transmission and reception, improving reliability, possibility to control the power going from both the transmitter and the antenna, and protecting the transmitter and receiver circuits included in the TRM while their adjustment and operation.
