SUBSTANCE: mobile station device includes: a receiving unit which receives a control channel transmitted from a base station over one or a plurality of channel control elements (CCE), having a CCE serial number; and a decoding unit which decodes the received control channel in a search space which is defined by probable control channels subject to a decoding attempt. The search space consists of a given set of CCE, which begins at a given CCE number in accordance with the number of CCE through which the control channel is transmitted, and an uplink resource used to transmit a response signal associated with the CCE number from the CCE through which the control channel is transmitted.

EFFECT: reducing the ratio of blind decoding performed by the mobile station without increasing overhead owing to notification information.
