SUBSTANCE: device for preparation of beverage or liquid food product from a capsule (3) containing a substance that is to be mixed with water injected into the capsule under pressure; the device contains an extraction unit (4) with an inlet channel (14) for the capsule, a capsule holder (8) with an extraction wall (22), an injection head (10) for injection of water into the capsule as well as an opening-and-closing mechanism (12) for relative movement of the capsule holder and the injection head as well as for opening and closing the injection head on the capsule holder. The injection channel is inclined relative to the horizontal plane (HZ) at an angle equal to 30 - 60° (dwg. 2b).
