FIELD: beverage preparation devices.
SUBSTANCE: described is a machine for preparing espresso beverages from ground coffee packed in coffee capsules (C), comprising an opening and emptying device (4, 10, 11) for opening and emptying coffee capsules (C) in a dry state with ground coffee (P) contained therein, extraction unit (E), into which ground coffee (P) is supplied, coming out of said opening and emptying device for dispensing espresso beverage, container (F) for coffee grounds for collecting used coffee grounds (PE), leaving said extraction unit (E), and container (A) for empty capsules (C), leaving said opening and emptying device.
EFFECT: purpose of the invention is to create a capsule espresso machine, in which the used coffee grounds and the capsule body containing it can be collected separately, so that the user can easily and properly dispose of these two separated materials.
