SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises the fibrous article calendaring by the embossing calendar between the first and second rollers. Note here that the fibrous article feed into the gap between the first and second rollers without the use of bearing ply. Note also that the first roller includes the vacuum drum while the second roller includes the embossing calendar.
