SUBSTANCE: invention generally relates to a method and device for manufacture of a formed fibre product and, in particular, to a method and device for manufacture of a formed fibre products that can used as an absorbent core of disposable hygiene products, such as sanitary towels, daily gaskets, diapers, etc. This invention also relates to disposable hygienic products with core represented by a formed fibre moulds product in accordance with the principles of this invention.
