SUBSTANCE: claimed device comprises the calendar composed by the first and second rollers. The second roller includes the recess for forming of fibrous article with 3D outline. This device comprises also the embossing calendar including the first and second rollers. The first and second rollers are configured and arranged to fed the fibrous article in between the first and second rollers without the application of a bearing ply. The calendar second roller comprises the vacuum drum while the second roller comprises the opposite calendar shaft.
