FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plant for the production of cement clinker and to the process of denitrification of bypass exhaust gases in this plant. Plant comprises a rotary kiln which, through an inlet chamber, is connected to a preheating furnace, and a ceramic filtering device in which there is a catalyst. Inlet chamber, where the bypass exhaust gas is collected, has an exhaust gas cooling device, and a device for feeding ammonia-, urea- and/or ammonium-containing substances into the cooled exhaust gas. Process of denitrification of bypass exhaust gases involves cooling the exhaust gases to a temperature in the range of 260 °C to 400 °C in the cooling device, feeding ammonia-, urea- and/or ammonium-containing substances into the cooled exhaust gas, feeding the cooled exhaust gas into the ceramic filtering device.
EFFECT: efficient denitrification of the entire volume of exhaust gases and the separation from the exhaust gases of halides and sulphates of alkali and alkali earth metals.
