SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed cattier is equipped with at least one cooler to feed fluid for cooling air tires from outside when tire air pressure decreases. Besides, invention covers method of tire cooling including the step whereat tire air pressure is controlled in carrier motion and the step whereat fluid for tire cooling is fed to tires when air pressure therein drops below preset value.
