SUBSTANCE: pneumatic tire includes reinforcing layer (19) providing movement with a flat tire, located on the inner side in a transverse direction of frame layer (13), and second filler (20) located between a backward-curved section of frame layer (13) and a breaker rubber element (17) of a disc. In addition, point (P) is defined on the outer annular surface of the tire, wherein point (P) is in a position corresponding to 150% of the height of a disc flange from the point of measuring the diameter of the disc for a certain disc. Perpendicular line (L) is defined, while perpendicular line (L) passes from point (P) to the inner annular surface of the tire. In this case, thickness (G1) of rubber of reinforcing layer (19), which provides movement with a flat tire, on perpendicular line (L), and thickness (G2) of rubber in the area from the backward-curved section of frame layer (13) to the outer surface of the tire satisfy the ratio 0 < G1/G2 ≤ 0.65.
EFFECT: improved performance on ice when movement with a flat tire.
