SUBSTANCE: raw material mixture for concrete production contains, wt %: Portland cement 26-28, TPP fly ash 69.6 - 71.5, air-entraining extraction-rosin resin 0.1 - 0.15, carboxymethylcellulose 0.1 - 0.15, superplasticiser C-3 0.6 - 0.9, asbestos fibre cut into 10-30 mm segments 0.7 - 0.9, sodium methylsiliconate 0.5 - 0.7.
EFFECT: reduction of cement consumption without loss of concrete strength.
