FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and can be used for making reinforced concrete sleepers and bars. Disclosed is a mixture for making concrete, wherein the mixture contains portland cement, sand, crushed stone, a plasticiser and an air-entraining additive. Plasticiser is an aqueous solution with density of 1,240±30 kg/m3 based on polycarboxylate and/or polyarylate ethers, and the air-entraining additive is an aqueous solution with density of 1,020±20 kg/m3 based on fumated rosin. Components are mixed in the following ratio, wt.%: portland cement – 17.0-19.7; sand – 20.4-30.0; crushed stone – 42.0-52.8; plasticiser – 0.05-0.16; air-entraining additive – 0.04-0.12; water – balance.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase frost resistance of concrete products obtained from the crude mixture due to provision of standardized air entrainment during their manufacture.
