FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning a glass substrate, double sensitisation in a tin chloride solution with intermediate treatment in hydrogen peroxide solution, activation in a palladium chloride solution, heat treatment at 150-450°C for 30-40 minutes, depositing a magnetic Co-P film with thickness of 180-200 nm on a nonmagnetic amorphous Ni-P sublayer with thickness of 20-30 nm while applying a homogeneous constant magnetic field in the plane of the film. In the method, a nonmagnetic amorphous Ni-P interlayer is deposited on the magnetic Co-P film, followed by deposition of an identical magnetic amorphous Co-P film, wherein the thickness of the identical magnetic Co-P films is equal to 180-200 nm with thickness of the Ni-P interlayer of 2-3 nm.
EFFECT: method improves quality of amorphous films by considerably reducing the coercitive force of the obtained films.
