SUBSTANCE: vapour exhaust device including an air curtain creation device, a vapour suction device, with a vapour suction hole, and a fatty filter, through which at least some part of vapours sucked through at least one vapour suction hole passes. The air curtain created by means of the air curtain creation device is directed so that at least one part of the air flow forming an air curtain falls at least on one vapour suction hole, which differs by the fact that it includes at least one bypass port, through which the vapours sucked through at least one vapour suction hole are discharged without passing through the fatty filter.
EFFECT: improving vapour suction efficiency without any heavy increase of aerodynamic resistance; reducing impurities around food preparation devices.
