FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: radio base station (eNB) transmits to multiple mobile stations (UE) a report on change, in case of repeated transmission of multiple segments and change in content of broadcast information generated by multiple segments, in the size of each of said multiple segments or subframes in which said segments are to be transmitted, the report on change reflecting said change. A mobile station (UE) repeatedly receives all of the multiple segments if only a certain number of the multiple segments are unsuccessfully received and the report on change is received.
EFFECT: high efficiency of reception.
