SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. The system of mobile communication comprises a set of eNBs which conduct radio communication with UEs and MSEs operated by eNB. MSE specifies the subshot MBSFN (MCE) used as radio resources transmitting a reference signal for measurement of power to UE less frequently, than usually, to eNB, eNB, in addition to subshot of MBSFN (MCE) specified by MSE, designates the subshot of MBSFN (eNB) used as radio resources, transmitting a reference signal to UE less frequently, than usually, and in subshot of MBSFN (MCE) and in subshot of MBSFN (eNB) the reference signal is transmitted to UE.
EFFECT: reference signal for power measurement can be transmitted less often, than usually, and energy consumption of infrastructure can be decreased.
