SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. Mobile communication system includes plurality of eNBs that communicate wirelessly with UE and MCE, which controls eNB. MCE indicates MBSFN subframe (MCE) serving as radio resources, transmitting reference signal for power measurement to UE less frequently than usual to eNB, eNB, in addition to MBSFN subframe (MCE) to specified MCE, designates MBSFN subframe (eNB), serving as radio resources transmitting the reference signal to UE less frequently than usual, and in MBSFN (MBSE) subframe and MBSFN subframe (eNB), reference signal is transmitted to UE.
EFFECT: technical result is that reference signal for power measurement can be transmitted less frequently than usual and energy consumption of infrastructure can be reduced.
