SUBSTANCE: tool comprises a working nozzle 1 actuated by an actuating mechanism and mounted on the upper end holding the nozzle handgrip 2. The lower part of the handgrip 2 is provided with a handle 3. The second handgrip or the support handgrip 4 is attached or made with the ability to be attached to the handgrip 2 holding the nozzle lower and at a distance from the working nozzle 1 to form at least on its proximal area the acute angle (a) with the handgrip 2 holding the nozzle. The size of the support handgrip 4 is formed such that its free end provided with a handle 5 is located at the level or substantially at the level of the handle 3. At that one of the said handles 3 or 5 forms a control handle of the actuating mechanism.
EFFECT: increased ease of operation.
