SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be applied for surgical treatment of intestinal obstruction of small and large intestine. Movement of endoscope in small and large intestine is carried out. Endoscope for surgical treatment of intestinal obstruction of small and large intestine contains hydraulic drive of endoscope movement, installed in external cone, and endoscope body, in which canals for supply of gas and liquid into intestine cavity are located, optic, light and two manipulation canals; in distal end of one manipulation canal on the central part of hollow manipulator-rod, rigidly fixed on piston of stent pushing and provided with limiting balloons on both ends, installed is stent; and in distal end of another manipulation canal located is dilatation balloon, installed on hollow manipulator-rod, rigidly fixed on piston of dilatation balloon pushing, with piston hydraulic mechanisms, interacting with pistons of dilatation balloon and stent pushing, being installed in proximal ends of manipulation canals; dilatation balloon and limiting balloons of stent are connected with piston pneumatic mechanisms, installed in proximal ends of manipulation canals, by means of canals of gas supply.
