FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: endoscopic device has distal end intended for introduction into patient's body, and proximal end, which is kept outside patient's body. Device contains proximal cylinder located near proximal end of endoscopic device. Inside proximal cylinder proximal piston is capable of sliding. Near distal end of endoscopic device distal cylinder is located, and inside distal cylinder distal piston is installed so that to slide. Proximal and distal cylinders are connected with tube for flowing medium. Instrument is attached in such a way that it is set into operation when distal piston is displaced, and is able to act mechanically on body tissues or body content in response to displacement of distal piston.
EFFECT: invention allows displacements without using ropes or other elements.
