FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing and screening of various loose materials and processing of fluids and can be used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and construction industries, etc. Proposed plant comprises drum mixer with drive, bins for loading of components and the mix. Mixer housing is composed by cylindrical shells arranged at an angle to each other and relative to the shaft and mounted at two supports. Note here that one shaft support is hollow to feed initial components by proportioner screw. Mixer housing accommodates mixing device composed by perforated baffles arranged parallel with shaft axis and staggered at joints of said shells. Mixer housing cover arranged at drive side has a segment opening to discharge made mix into the bin closed by moving baffle.
EFFECT: intensified mixing during transportation.
