FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: geotechnological processing method of non-conditioned sulphide ore material involves formation on the first antifiltration base of the first drain layer and leachable layer arranged on it and containing non-conditioned sulphide ore material and pyrrhotine; formation on the second antifiltration base located outside the first antifiltration base of the second drain layer and a concentrating layer arranged on it; activation of leachable layer from its inlet by intermittent sprinkling with a water or sulphuric acid leaching solution with transfer of metals contained in it to the solution supplied to the first drain layer; cyclic moistening of the concentrating layer with a metal-containing solution; deposition of nickel and cobalt in the concentrating layer so that technogenic ore is formed, and removal of waste solution from the concentrating layer through the second drain layer to discharge or inlet of the leachable layer. In addition, a copper extraction section and an iron deposition section, which are series connected, are formed. The first drain layer is connected to copper extraction section inlet and to leachable layer inlet, and outlet of iron deposition section is connected to the concentrating layer and inlet of the leachable layer. Metal-containing solution with pH 1.8-2.2 is used and first supplied to copper extraction section, and copper is extracted from it on metallic iron by cementation; then, copper-free metal-containing solution is supplied to the iron deposition section, where the solution is passed through thermally activated carbonatite with particle size of 0.1-0.2 mm at the ratio of carbonatite to solution of 0.5-0.7 g/l; after that, the solution is supplied to the concentrating layer for nickel and cobalt deposition.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing processing efficiency of non-conditioned sulphide ore material and improving metal extraction degree.
