SUBSTANCE: rod of isotope production targets may include at least one rod central body part, including an outer shell which defines the inner cavity, and multiple radiation targets within the inner cavity. The radiation targets may be arranged in a spatial layout with usage of a separating carrier with low nuclear cross section for preservation of spatial layout.
EFFECT: minimised energy impact of isotope production target rods at a reactor core in a energy-generating nuclear reactor and maximised absorption of neutrons near discs of radiation targets.
